What does "certified preowned" mean?
Every preowned device we sell is tested on over 40 points — screen, battery health, cameras, speakers, microphone, charging port, buttons, Face ID / fingerprint and all connectivity features — before it's listed for sale.
Do preowned devices come with a warranty?
Yes. All preowned devices are sold with a Premium Tech warranty — typically 3 to 6 months depending on condition. New-in-box devices come with the full manufacturer warranty.
How does the trade-in process work?
Fill in our trade-in form with your device details and condition. We'll respond within the hour with a cash quote. If you accept, bring your device in or arrange a courier — you get paid on the spot.
Do you buy damaged or broken devices?
We buy devices with cosmetic damage such as cracked screens or worn housing, provided the device is still fully functional. We do not buy non-functional or completely broken devices. However, if your device is beyond repair, you're welcome to send it to us for responsible recycling — free of charge.
Can I get a device delivered?
Yes — we ship to anywhere in South Africa. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange delivery. A courier fee applies based on your location.
