Returns Policy

Simple return guidance for Premium Tech device orders.

Return window

If a device arrives materially different from its listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Warranty faults are handled within the warranty period shown on the listing or invoice.

Condition of returns

Returned devices must include the supplied accessories and must not be damaged, tampered with, locked to an account, or altered after delivery.

Courier returns

Courier collection or drop-off details will be confirmed by Premium Tech. Return courier costs are the customer's responsibility unless Premium Tech confirms otherwise in writing. Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection confirms the return is valid.
