Return window

If a device arrives materially different from its listing or develops a covered fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will guide the assessment and next step.

Condition of returns

Returned devices must include the supplied accessories and must not be damaged, tampered with, locked to an account, or altered after delivery.

Courier returns

Courier collection or drop-off details will be confirmed by Premium Tech. Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection confirms the return is valid.
