Clear cover for certified pre-owned Apple and Samsung devices bought from Premium Tech.
What is covered
Warranty cover applies to hardware faults that were not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, software modification, or normal wear and tear. The warranty period is confirmed on the product listing or invoice.
What is not covered
Cracked screens, dents, liquid exposure, battery wear outside the stated condition, accessories, data loss, blocked accounts, and damage after delivery are not covered unless agreed in writing.
How claims work
Contact Premium Tech with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video where possible. We will assess the device and confirm repair, replacement, or refund options where the claim is valid.
